Iluzio is a show designed for the enjoyment of adults, boys and girls 5 years or older, to enjoy individually, as a couple or with friends.
Where and when can I live the experience?
The Iluzio show takes place in the theater of the Iberostar Grand Paraíso Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Fun Creations is the perfect activity for the whole family! Our guests will be able to find their most artistic facet with Iberostar, and take back home their own work of art as a souvenir of the vacation.
To encourage creativity, they will use a shell as a canvas. A little piece of the sea that they will paint and decorate according to their inspiration.
While they paint, they can enjoy custom cocktails and healthy smoothies made from deliciously blended local fruits.

When your clients are at an Iberostar hotel, they can find out about the shows directly with our reception or in our public relations department.

Modification of the reservation: up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation of the reservation: up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, no charges apply, refundable 100% of the value of the reservation.

Less than 72 hours up to 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged to the room.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged to the room.

No-show: 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged to the room.

No-show due to COVID, with certificate: allows the client to reschedule the reservation for up to 1 year.
Clients can modify or cancel a reservation through the Iberostar App chat or at the hotel directly with the public relations service.
