& Change Policies

Our employees, partners and our guests continue to be our top priority, and we are working tirelessly across the globe, taking every precaution to make sure that our in-house guests are as comfortable as the situation unfolds.

Acting accordingly on a need be basis, current guests in our resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic who are staying in a lead category will be upgraded at no charge to the next tier of resort. 

The following cancellation and change policies have been implemented for any bookings traveling through December 31st, 2020:

  • A 24-hour cancellation & revision policy will be in effect and honored on reservations that are canceled or modified by no later than April 30th, 2020

  • Changes will be permitted without penalty. Any price increase will be the responsibility of the customer

  • Groups will be reviewed and evaluated on a case by case basis by our regional teams. Please submit any cancellation or re-booking requests to our group desk managers to review the options available and how we can better assist
